Live Chat — Have your questions answered live by our team of dedicated Seneca experts. Student Advisers will also be available for live enrolment and timetable support in the “Building Your Schedule” booth. You can also chat with our Immigration Specialists and International Student Transition Co-ordinators, who are available in the “Supports and Services” booth to support your transition to Seneca and Canada.

We will guide you through the necessary steps to take before leaving your country as well as, what to expect at the airport, and upon arriving in Canada.

Looking for a comfortable accommodation is an essential part of your journey abroad, and Seneca is here to assist you in making the transition to living and studying in Canada as smooth as possible. Whether you prefer living on or off-campus, or homestay, we provide a range of housing options to choose from that will make you feel at home.
Our International Student Transition Coordinators will share valuable insights, tips, and resources to help you navigate the process of finding suitable housing options that fit your needs and budget. We will guide you through the important steps and factors you should consider when deciding where to live.
To legally work in Canada, you need a nine-digit Social Insurance Number (SIN) issued by Service Canada.
At the beginning of each term, Seneca Polytechnic invites Service Canada to come to each campus to issue a SIN on the spot.

Join this virtual session to learn more about Morcare, your health insurance provider. It will cover details about your benefits and coverage and explain how to submit a claim. Learn how to access mental health support as an international student. You also have access to crisis support in the language of your choice through WeConnect.
You will also have an opportunity to get your questions answered by a Morcare representative.
