What if I injure myself while at field placement?
Should you get injured while you are at field placement, please contact you Field Liaison immediately to process the report immediately (within 24 hours) of the incident. There are requirements about completing the forms within 48 hours of the incident, as outlined in the three steps below.

You will need to complete the Post Secondary Student Unpaid Work Placement Workplace Insurance Claim Form.
