Placement Cards | OneCard | Seneca Students

A placement card is a plastic photo-only ID card used in certain programs (like Seneca Nanji Foundation School of Nursing, and Early Childhood Education) to identify yourself as a Seneca student while on a work placement.   A placement card is not the same as a OneCard.

To get a placement card:

• Ensure that you are registered in a course that requires a placement card
• Go to https://myphoto.senecapolytechnic.ca to submit a photo and photo identification.  When it is approved you will receive an email at your Seneca email address. 
• Visit the Service Hub at Newnham or the OneCard office at King and Seneca@York campus and let them know you need a placement card. 

Expiry

Placement cards requested after August 1, 2024 are valid for the 2024-25 fiscal year ending August 2025.

Are you coming with a group of ten or more?  Please email onecard@senecapolytechnic.ca  to arrange a time to pick up these cards.
