Virtual OneCard | OneCard | Seneca Students

Installing your OneCard:

1. download the Seneca OneCard app on your Apple or Android smartphone and the app will guide you through the registration process
2. once you are registered, you must set your permissions
   • location services will need to be set to “Allow all the time” or “Allow only while using the app”
   • “Allow Seneca OneCard to access photos, media and files on your device” must be selected and allowed
3. log-in to the app using your Seneca email address and password
4. you will receive an email to your Seneca email address to verify your account, you must click on the link provided to complete your registration
5. submit your OneCard photo and your ID for verification through MyPhoto
6. once your photo and ID have been approved and verified, your Seneca OneCard will activate

To view your OneCard account balance, open the app, select the menu and then select "Account Balances". You will see the account balance of your OneCard account and any meal plan you have purchased.

Reset your PIN

• Visit https://onecard.senecapolytechnic.ca and log-in
• Select the gear icon
• Select "Change your PIN"
• Fill in your current PIN and New PIN
• Select "Change"
• The printers may take up to 15 minutes to recognize this change
