If your study permit has expired and you did not apply for an extension before the expiry date, you may be eligible to restore your status.

To restore your status, you must apply for a study permit extension with restoration within 90 days of the expiry date.

You may remain in Canada while your restoration is being processed but you cannot study or work, until your restoration is approved and you obtain a new study permit.

Connect with one of our immigration specialists immediately if you need to restore your status or have exceeded the 90 days to restore.
