What documents are required to prepare for the online application?

The list of required documents will depend on your responses during the application process. Common required documents include:

• an Enrolment Verification Letter, if you are extending your study permit to complete your current program OR your Letter of Acceptance, if you are applying to begin a new program at Seneca
• proof of means of financial support
• proof of Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) or proof of exemption
  If exempt, include a Letter of Explanation describing your eligibility for exemption.
• a copy of your valid Passport (include all stamped/visa pages)
• a copy of your current status document such as your Study Permit
• digital photo
• proof of Medical Examination, if applicable
• Co-op letter, if you are applying for a Co-op Work Permit together with your study permit extension application
• letter of explanation and/or supporting documents, if applicable
