  • I am transferring to Seneca from another Designated Learning Institution (DLI), do I need a new study permit?

As of November 8, 2024, international students in Canada are required to study at the DLI indicated on their study permit.  In order to change or transfer to a different DLI, a new study permit is required.  If you are enrolled in co-op program, a new co-op work permit is also required.  Most students will require a new Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from Seneca for this application.
