Credit Card or Debit Card Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment (Visa or MasterCard) or Debit Card Payment (Including Visa/MasterCard Debit).*

*Beginning on July 6, 2026, the third-party payment processor will be charging a 2.5 per cent non-refundable convenience fee for credit card transactions and a 1.5 per cent convenience fee for debit card transactions.

Method Instruction
Online: On Student Home: Log into Student Home and select the "Financial Account" tile.

Online Banking: Set up Seneca on your list of “payees”. Your account number is your nine-digit Student ID number.
Canadian Financial Institution:

With a teller or at a bank machine. Bring your nine-digit Student ID number. For your records, be sure to have the teller stamp your invoice, or retain a copy of the transaction slip.
