Students from our school programs have proudly competed at the provincial and national levels and represented Seneca College in a variety of categories over the years. These have included: Electronics, Mechatronics (team of 2), Coding, Mechanical CAD, Precision Machining, and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM).
Students work in pairs to build a simulation of an assembly line task using PLC coding in order to control Mechatronics equipment.
SOC 2019: Seneca College students Arian Hajiakbar and Ali Ebrahimzadeh (shown above) competed with seven other teams from colleges all over the province.
Students demonstrate their proficiency in a variety of electronics tasks including: soldering, breadboarding, troubleshooting, practical equipment use, and theory.
Students solve a software problem using coding techniques.
Thanks to all the students who have represented Seneca at Skills Ontario and Skills Canada competitions, and congratulations to our Medalists. We are #SenecaProud!
