Our lease in York University’s Victor Phillip Dahdaleh Building (DB) will end in May 2027. We have the space to relocate some programs to the Stephen E. Quinlan (SEQ) Building, while others will move to Newnham Campus.

Program moves will be staggered, with some beginning in May 2026 and all programs vacating the building by May 2027. Any program moving to Newnham Campus will relocate in the May 2026 term.

You can view the list of programs that are moving. If your program is moving, you will have received an email from Seneca Notices on November 12.

Getting to Newnham Campus

If your program is moving to Newnham Campus, there are a few easy ways to get there:

  • We have daily, free shuttle buses running between King, Newnham and Seneca@York campuses
  • Public transportation via several routes
  • Paid parking is easy with lots of available spaces

Please visit MySeneca’s Transportation webpage for everything you need to know about getting to Newnham Campus.

If you have any questions, please contact The Service Hub.

Best wishes for the remainder of this Fall 2025 Term.
