The Bee Club will provide an opportunity for the Seneca community to be mentored by our expert beekeepers, Don Forster and Gino Franceschetti. Each volunteer in the club will learn how to take care of a hive from the beginning to the end of the season.

Up to 10 volunteers (students and employees) will be assigned a beehive that they will be responsible for, with close guidance from the beekeepers. Each volunteer is responsible for bringing their own beekeeping suit. The time commitment is two Saturdays a month from 10 a.m. to noon at Newnham Campus beginning May 6, until late October.

To learn more about this opportunity, please join our virtual information session on Thursday, April 27 at 5 p.m.
