Seneca sponsors the TRO 2023 Conference | MyNews | Seneca Students

This year’s Therapeutic Recreation Ontario (TRO) 2023 Conference took place from June 7 to June 9 at the Delta Hotel in Toronto. The conference, sponsored by Seneca Polytechnic, hosted therapeutic recreation professionals across Ontario, which included Seneca students, alumni, faculty and staff. 

During the conference, Seneca held a trade show to connect with future employers and prospective students, while also promoting the Honours Bachelor of Therapeutic Recreation (DTR) program and its outreach. 

Several topics were covered, including meaningful engagement through the arts, aging, mental health and other innovative therapeutic interventions.
