School of ECE hosts event with AECEO | MyNews | Seneca Students

On June 10, the School of Early Childhood Education hosted a special event with the Association of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario (AECEO) in the Lab School studios. Over 65 educators from across Ontario joined students and faculty for a day to "reimagine our work through play, joy and togetherness."

Participants engaged in a variety of experiences while connecting with others through dialogue. The event provided an opportunity for educators to delve in the processes of playing and feeling joy through relationships and community.

The lab school has partnered with the AECEO over the last several years in many advocacy efforts to raise and honor Early Childhood Educators.
