Your feedback matters to us. As we explore ways in which we can better support you at The Service Hub, we are delighted to share the following updates:

  • We have launched a new, three-question survey for students who receive assistance at The Service Hub in person. At the conclusion of your in-person interaction at The Service Hub, you will be prompted by your representative to complete the survey
  • Students who complete the survey will be eligible to enter The Service Hub Survey Contest for a chance to win a $50 credit on their OneCard
  • A new winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible survey respondents each week and announced in The Service Hub Smart Bars
