Video highlights Seneca’s priorities | MyNews | Seneca Students

A video about truth and reconciliation with Indigenous peoples; equity, diversity and inclusion; and sustainability has been launched to highlight the importance of the principles to the Seneca community.

Not only are the three concepts a key part of Seneca’s strategic plan, they are also being woven into all courses through the ongoing work of the Curriculum Integration initiative.

The video, which is about eight minutes, explains each of the focus areas and can be used as a resource for staff, students and the community.

Lawrence Chi, Professor, School of Human Resources & Global Business, came up with the idea for the video and worked on it with Barney Wornoff, Professor, School of Creative Arts & Animation, in collaboration with the Seneca Film Institute. All of the art work was done by film students.
