Maintenance will be done on a couple of campus buildings in the months ahead.

 Seneca@York Campus

The sealant on the outside of the Stephen E. Quinlan Building will be replaced starting Tuesday, April 15 until Saturday, Oct. 11.

 Newnham Campus

  • The sealant on Building A will be replaced from Monday, May 5 until Tuesday, July 1
  • Scaffolding delivery and installation for Building D is scheduled on Friday, July 11 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., with sealant work on the building expected to start on Monday, July 14 and be completed by Friday, July 18

Potential impact on you

Your regular access to Building D could be impacted on Friday, July 11, as one of the entrances to the building may be blocked by a boom truck during the scheduled scaffolding delivery and installation.

Aside from that, you may notice signage and fencing around the mentioned work areas, but there shouldn’t be any other major disruptions.

Seneca apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
