Seneca Polytechnic and ISC2 have partnered to better prepare students to acquire industry-recognized certifications.

ISC2 is the world’s leading nonprofit member organization for cybersecurity professionals. Its certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation, are highly valued by cybersecurity professionals and employers around the world.

Through this partnership, Seneca is providing enhanced access to courses that prepare students to write exams for ISC2 certifications, which can lead to improved career outcomes in the fast-growing cybersecurity sector.

“We are proud to be one of the first postsecondary institutions in Ontario to work with ISC2 to make these courses more widely available,” said Michelle Hutt, Vice-President, Academic, Seneca Polytechnic. “As leaders in cybersecurity education, we eagerly anticipate welcoming new and returning students who want to achieve their ISC2 designation so they can stay at the forefront of their industry.”

We are excited to launch this partnership with Seneca Polytechnic”, said Angela Coletta-Acevedo, Academic Partnerships Executive at ISC2. Together, we are committed to providing the necessary training and resources to equip the next generation of cybersecurity professionals with the skills needed to tackle emerging challenges.

Registration is open for ISC2 prep courses. All courses are offered virtually.
