Waterproofing repairs for buildings B and D at Newnham Campus to start July 26 | MyNews | Seneca Students

Please be advised that waterproofing and foundation repairs for sections of buildings B and D at Newnham Campus will start simultaneously on Saturday, July 26, followed by concrete repairs for the loading dock that’s located near the exterior entrance to Building D. The repairs are expected to be completed by Sunday, Aug. 31.

Expected impact on you

As removals and excavations will be part of the waterproofing and foundation repairs, you can expect fencing and signage to be placed around the impacted areas for your safety.

You can also expect:

• Having regular access to all entrances, doors and emergency exits/push buttons
• Temporary relocation of our beloved hot dog stand
• Having limited access to the loading dock area during the concrete repairs
