As you get ready for the start of the Winter 2026 Term, our team at The Service Hub is here to support you by offering extended hours for the Winter 2026 Startup:

 In-person 

Newnham Campus

  • Week 1 (starts Monday, Jan. 5): 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Weeks 2 (starts Monday, Jan. 12) and 3 (starts Monday, Jan. 19): 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Week 4 (starts Monday, Jan. 26) and onwards: Back to regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

King and Seneca@York campuses

  • Week 1: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Week 2 and onwards: Back to regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 Virtual 

Phone: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Live Chat, SMS and WhatsApp: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 Self-service 

The Service Hub portal and chatbot: available 24-7
