Enactus Seneca kicked off the 2021-22 academic year making us #SenecaProud by receiving numerous grants for their innovative ideas and projects, including:

  • $7,585 from The Co-operators Youth Mental Wellness Project Accelerator for the Meant to Care project
  • $2,000 from the Saint Mary’s University Entrepreneurship Centre’s Circular Economy Challenge for the Seneca Eco-Weaving video pitch and $1,000 for having the most registered students for the challenge

In addition, Aliya Merchant from Seneca’s Honours Bachelor of Commerce – International Business Management degree program received a $2,500 bursary from the John Dobson Foundation for her outstanding leadership.

Enactus Seneca is part of Enactus Canada, a global social entrepreneurship movement.
