City officials, community members and business leaders toured Peterborough Campus as part of the Peterborough Airport Strategic Initiative Committee. This group has been established to advise on positioning the Peterborough Airport in regional, provincial and national markets.

The tour was led by Sarah Arliss, Chair, School of Aviation and Chief Flight Instructor Matthew Nicholson. Among the attendees were Peterborough councillors Don Vassiliadis and Stephen Wright and Malcolm Cook, Manager, Peterborough Airport – a proud graduate of the Aviation degree program.

Committee members visited Seneca's hanger, dispatch,  maintenance space and flight simulator and spoke with students, faculty members and support staff.
