As of Tuesday, Jan, 31, 2023, Webex will not be accessible to Windows 7, Windows 8 and MacOS 10.12 users. Please ensure your computer has the most recent operating system in order to use Webex. 

In addition, Microsoft has announced that it will be retiring Windows 7 and Windows 8 on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022.
