For our Mental Health Wellness Week, we’re focusing on expressing gratitude, setting an intention, sharing positivity and journaling. We’ll have the following activities for you to take part in....  
 
  • Gratitude Whiteboard ~ write what you are grateful for and place it on the whiteboard  
  • Set an intention with a Mindful Mark temporary tattoo  
  • Positivity Jar ~ write a positive message to place in the Positivity Jar and take one with you  
  • Journaling ~ receive a journal and journal prompts to complete   
 
Join us and enjoy the postive good things that can happen from these activities... 
  • Feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity 
  • Setting an intention bring the present moment and purpose to our thoughts and actions guiding us towards what we value and want 
  • Positive words and comments make us feel good and can improve our mindset 
  • Journaling is private way to express your feelings and thoughts, and the prompts offer topics to reflect on which can encourage awareness and help reduce anxiety
