100008: Tuition Assistance Bursary

Deadline: June 15, 2025

Bursary for domestic students with financial need to assist with the cost of tuition. If you have already applied for the 2024-2025 academic year you cannot apply again.

Diploma-to-Degree Scholarship

Open to students starting in the Fall, Winter or Summer semesters

Deadline: 10th day of classes

Award Description

A one-time scholarship of $2,500 to qualified postsecondary diploma graduates who are pursuing a Seneca degree and have not received a renewable entrance scholarship.

To be eligible for this award you must also:

have an incoming GPA 75% or 3.3 GPA and above

complete the online Financial Aid Application through Student Home by selecting the “Financial Aid” tile, then “Apply for Financial Aid”

be enrolled full time

Renewable Degree Scholarships

Deadline: 10th day of classes

Award Description

Full-time students starting in any of Seneca’s full-time degree programs can qualify for a renewable scholarship for 1 credential based on their Grade 12 grades or grades from another postsecondary program.

Up to a total of 4 yearly scholarships for the 4 year program and 3 yearly scholarships for the 3 year program for based on satisfactory maintenance of yearly grades:

•     70% or 3.0 GPA+ — $2,000 ($500 per year)
•     75% or 3.3 GPA+ — $3,000 ($750 per year)
•     80% or 3.6 GPA+ — $4,000 ($1,000 per year)

The renewable scholarship is based on grades in continuing years of the student's program of study and the student maintaining full-time status.
