This award commemorates Detective Constable Jason Ng, a police officer with York Regional Police who proudly served in patrol, community response, criminal investigations, search and rescue, and air support. In 2015, he lost a courageous battle to cancer and is dearly missed by his close friends and colleagues at YRP.
