    If you are not receiving verification codes to your mobile device you can try the following: 

    • Restart your mobile device
    • Make sure you have an Internet connection (wifi or data) on your mobile device
    • Verify that your notifications are turned on for the Authenticator app
      • if you did not receive the notification, open the app to Approve
      • Turn off "Do not disturb", if it is enabled you will not receive notifications on your mobile device
    • Verify by using the verification code generated on the Authenticator app to or send a SMS to your mobile device. 
    • Clear the cache and storage for the Microsoft Authenticator app, for instructions visit these websites for Android and iPhone.
    • Reinstall the Microsoft Authenticator app
