Auto CAD not working on MyAPP

    Hello please I need help with MyAPP software (AutoCAD). It keep telling me license checkout time out. I attached a screenshot of it. I can't study or do my class with it. 

    What can I do?

    To use AutoCAD from MyApps you must be connected to Student VPN . You also have the option to   install it locally. 

    If you are not successfully with these options, please send an email to ITS Service Desk.
