Barre fitness combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and yoga that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. Barre is performed in bare feet. Equipment: A chair or counter top can be used as a Barre and 1-3 pound weights are optional.
High and low impact calisthenics and body weight exercises with intervals of cardio, strength and balance training. Intensity of classes may vary from week to week based on participant experience level and exercise variations for progression and regression will be provided.
Designed to get your heart pumping with high and low impact fitness moves and includes an intense abdominal segment
Aimed at optimizing the entire body with multi joint movements, dynamic balance and change in direction. Functional Training will challenge all of your muscles while enhancing coordination and preventing injuries. Equipment: Hand weights (i.e. 3-10 pounds) are optional.
Practice yoga postures and breathing exercises to help create a balance of strength and flexibility in the body and bring relaxation
