16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

As part of the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign, students in Women’s Studies classes, under the guidance of Professor Elise Dintsman, created infographics highlighting various forms of GBV in Canada and worldwide. This initiative aims to raise awareness of the ongoing impact of GBV, which continues to affect one in three women, girls, and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals globally (UN Women). Through these visuals, we hope to spark dialogue and promote action toward ending gender-based violence.
