    The Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) requires that students who have been out of full-time high school for less than six years include parental income information as part of their OSAP application. We encourage you to explain this to your parents as you are still considered a dependent for OSAP purposes.

    Adult learning is not considered full-time high school.
