How can I access my account if I forgot my Ontario Access Number (OAN) and/or password?
To reset your account:
You will receive a notification to the email you provided when you created your account.
If you don't have an email account associated with your OSAP profile or you cannot get access by following the steps above, please email theservicehub@senecacollege.ca using your Seneca student email address and include your Seneca Student Number. You will be contacted and asked security questions. If your answers do not match the answers on your OSAP profile, your file will be sent to the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) for further assistance.
