    Yes. Once you drop below the eligible course load, your study period for that application ends. Subsequently, you will start getting charged interest on the federal portion of your OSAP loans. Seneca is not responsible for the interest charged to the student by the National Student Loan Service Centre during the processing time of any eligible refunds.
