📸Photos of Children – Policy for Assignments 

To ensure the safety and privacy of all children, please note the following guidelines regarding the inclusion of photos in assignments: 

• No identifiable photos of children are permitted. This includes faces, full body images, or any features that could reveal a child’s identity.
• Unidentified images, such as hands; back of head, blurred images or artwork, may be used only with prior approval from the centre.
• All photos must be taken using centre-approved devices. Personal phones or cameras are not permitted.
• Individual family consent is not sufficient. Approval must come directly from the centre administration.
• Images must be stored securely and shared only through approved platforms. Photos may not be uploaded to personal devices, social media, or unapproved cloud services.
