Personal growth is a continuous process of self-improvement. It involves learning new things, expanding your skill sets, and maintaining emotional well-being. Today, we will explore several key aspects that highlight why personal growth is so important for both your intellectual and emotional wellness.
"Krishma's Survival Guide as an International Student" is a bi-weekly blog series of eight posts, where each post tackles a major challenge, including culture shock, surviving winter, budgeting, career, work-life balance, and, of course, how to make the most of college life.
Every year on March 8th, we celebrate International Women’s Day. This special day traces its origins back to the early 20th century, though it was officially recognized by the United Nations in 1975. For 2025, the Government of Canada’s theme for International Women’s Day is "Strength in Every Story." Through the inspiring stories of several remarkable women, we can witness their courage and resilience.
