Top up your breakfast with small bites of mental health and wellbeing tips.

Drop in during SSF breakfast time to experience a balanced diet for your body, mind and heart. Treat yourself to a mental snack with a brief wellness activity.  You’ll gain practical, evidence-based techniques to foster motivation, reduce worries and stress, and foster wellbeing and resilience.
