    • 1:1 Counselling Appointments: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time slot to another student who might be waiting for support.
    • Well-Being Supports: You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment online through the Student Portal (where you booked it), or by replying directly to your email confirmation.
    • You can also notify us by emailing senecacnas@senecapolytechnic.ca
