What happens if I miss a scheduled appointment?
We understand that life happens and emergencies come up. Because our services are free, there is no financial penalty or fine if you miss a session. However, missing an appointment without letting us know means another student loses the chance to connect with supports.
If you miss a session: We will typically reach out via email to check in on you and offer a link to reschedule.
Repeated missed appointments: If you miss multiple appointments in a row without notice, we may pause forward bookings and ask you to have a brief check-in with a Student Wellbeing Specialist first. This helps us ensure the service is still a good fit and that we can find a time that truly works for your schedule.
