Concise Health Solutions

Seneca does not review confidential documents. Students must make an appointment with Concise Health Solutions to ensure all Authorization Documents are completed. Concise Health will confirm your Medical Clearance and will let the Field Placement know you are ready to be assigned a placement.  The last day to book an appointment with Concise Health is the Friday before the semester starts. It will take 1-3 business days for students to receive their clearance summary. 

Concise Health will review the: 

• Vulnerable Sector Screen; 
• Medical Assessment Form; 
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C Training; 
• Ministry of Labour Training Certificate ;
• Co-op Work Permit (International Students); 
• Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information Consent Form for Field Placements

Once all documents and steps are completed above, book an appointment with Concise Health Solutions to have your documents assessed and validated.

• Only book your appointment AFTER you have completed all your Authorization and Bio Documents.
• There is a $60 charge for the appointment and additional charges for re-booking. Please ensure you have all documentation ready before booking.
• Concise Health will provide you with a Summary Report. Please keep a copy of this report with your other documents.  When planning for the next semester field placement, be sure to review your previous clearance and see if your medical requirements need to be updated.
