• Roof replacement for Garriock Hall and the Animal Health Centre starting Thursday, Aug. 21. Expected resolution time: Friday, Oct. 31, 2025

Newnham:

• Scaffold installation for building D will take place on Friday, July 11, 2025. Expected resolution time: Friday, July 18, 2025
• Tim Hortons location on the first floor of Building B closed for maintenance, with renovation starting Monday, June 16, 2025. Expected resolution time: mid-August 2025
• Roof replacement for buildings A and C and the Fire Training Centre starting Friday, July 18, 2025. Expected resolution time: Late August 2025
• Waterproofing and foundation repairs for buildings B and D to start Saturday, July 26, 2025; includes concrete repairs for underside of loading dock roof. Expected resolution time: Sunday, Aug. 31, 2025
• Exterior cladding replacement for the Fire Training Centre to start Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025. Expected resolution time: mid-November 2025
