OneCard system maintenance scheduled from June 20 to 22

Please be advised that Seneca Polytechnic will be performing scheduled OneCard system maintenance from Friday, June 20 at 10 p.m. to Sunday, June 22 at 5 p.m.

During this period, you will not be able to:

  • Purchase food from Dining Services using your Meal Plan or OneCard funds (debit and credit card payments will not be impacted)
  • Use the printing services in the Computing Commons

The scheduled maintenance will improve our overall OneCard service significantly, bringing key benefits such as:

  • A new and much smoother photo ID submission experience
  • Improved OneCard experience for those with multiple roles, e.g., student employees
  • Support for an upcoming new version of the Seneca OneCard app

Once the system maintenance is completed, your Seneca OneCard app will require an approved photo. If you do not currently have (or are unsure if you have) an approved photo, please visit MyPhoto for more information.
