Your First Stop for OSAP Updates

Your OSAP Message Centre is the main place to find updates about your OSAP application.

All official communication — including document requests, status updates, funding changes, and deadlines — will be posted there by Seneca’s Financial Aid Office and/or the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU).

Important:
Some messages may require action (such as submitting documents or responding by a deadline), while others are informational only and simply confirm that your application is being reviewed or processed. Always read each message carefully to understand whether any action is needed.

When a new message is posted, you will receive an email notification. For privacy reasons, the email will not include details. You must log in to your OSAP account to read the message.

Check Regularly

You are responsible for monitoring your OSAP Message Centre. Missing a message may delay your funding.

We recommend checking it at least once per week, and more often during peak times.

How to Access It

1. Log in to your OSAP account.
2. Select “Message Centre.”
3. New messages will appear in bold.
