We know talking about sexual violence can be difficult, so we encourage you to practise self-care while navigating the Consent@Seneca online space.
❤️ Listen to your body: Have water nearby, stand and stretch if you are comfortable and able, and be mindful of your breathing.
♥️ Be patient with yourself: We are all learning, unlearning, and relearning. You aren’t expected to be an expert by the end of this module — you’re doing your best by showing up today.
