Closing Keynote: Natalie Royer | Get involved with Student Life | Seneca Students

We are excited to share that Seneca alum Natalie Royer will be providing our closing keynote for the Winter 2025 Student Leadership Conference.

Natalie is a dynamic consultant, keynote speaker, and coach who transforms workplaces through actionable strategies that foster connection and inclusivity. She is a Seneca Alum from Early Childhood Education and taught at Seneca for eight years. As the founding member of Saroy Group Inc., Natalie brings over a decade of experience in education, corporate culture, and leadership development. She holds an M.A. from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Certificate in Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace from York University and advanced training in coaching and mentoring from the Schulich School of Business.
