Meet the alumni panelists for the Fall 2023 International Settlement Fair

Honey Abada:

Born in the Philippines, Honey Abada relocated to Canada a decade ago to pursue her education at Seneca. In 2015, she achieved a graduate certificate in Professional Accounting Practice, followed by a graduate certificate in Fraud Examination & Forensic Accounting two years later. Alongside her studies in marketing and international business, Honey has carved a path to success as the founder of Miello Consulting, a venture cleverly named after the French word for honey, "miel."

As a dynamic entrepreneur, she dedicates her skills to supporting non-profits, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and artists through consulting and bookkeeping. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Abada serves as the director of Handog International Inc., a foundation established by her mother. This foundation contributes by providing food and gifts to local communities in the Philippines during the Christmas season. Ms. Abada's multifaceted journey reflects a decade-long triumph in business and philanthropy.

Arjun Kashetty:

Arjun Kashetty was an international student who arrived in 2014 and successfully graduated from Seneca's supply chain management program in 2016. With a rich professional Supply Chain Management background with Walmart, Sobeys, and Home Depot, he brings a wealth of experience to his current role as a Professor at Seneca College.

Catalina Siabatto:

Catalina Siabatto is a seasoned Marketing and Project Management professional with over 14 years of valuable experience. Her academic background includes Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics, and her 2013 thesis was published by Editorial Académica Española and is available on Amazon. Throughout her career, Catalina has worked with renowned companies such as Geotab, Grupo Imagen, KPMG, Accenture, where she honed her skills in Marketing Management, Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and more. Catalina's professional ethos centers around discipline, responsibility, and consistently delivering results. She is known for her strong leadership, analytical prowess, and strategic thinking, complemented by a collaborative approach that consistently yields outstanding outcomes. In addition to her professional expertise, Catalina is multilingual, fluent in Spanish, advanced in English, and proficient in French.

Lina Nguyen:

Lina Nguyen completed her education at Chemical Laboratory Technology – Pharmaceutical (CLP) at Seneca Polytechnic in 2020. She served as a Quality Technician at APR Beauty Inc., a cosmetics company, from 2020 to 2022. Currently, she holds the position of Lab Analyst at Bureau Veritas.
