Dismantling Barriers to Inclusion

Date and time

Tue, April 19, 2022

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM EDT

For the final workshop in our Diversity & Inclusion: Building Stronger Workplaces series, we are exploring how to break down barriers to access and inclusion in the workplace.

In this session, we will explore how to:

  • identify barriers to access and inclusion within your own workplace
  • make a change, regardless of your position or seniority
  • explain solutions for improving those barriers to others

This session is led by Cory Coletta, Manager, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Seneca. Together, we will learn how to assess our workplace processes, policies and cultures to build a stronger, more inclusive professional environment.
