This session will show you how to activate your Seneca account, set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access services such as Learn@Seneca, Student Home, email, free software, mobile apps, and IT help desk.
Your professors will be using one of four online learning platforms to deliver classes and to connect with you: BigBlueButton, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom. Join ITS to learn how to access the platform and key features for online classes.
