Do you want to be a leader but are unsure about how to start? Do you have a difficult time defining a leadership goal that you can work towards? Or, have you felt lost thinking about the concrete steps you need to take to achieve your leadership goals? If you want to learn how to create achievable goals and actually attain them then join us as we explore the concepts behind SMART Goal Setting.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Formulate a clear leadership development goal
  • Understand Kolb’s Learning Cycle model and where you are located it within it
  • Identify resources to support you in achieving your goal
  • Create an actionable plan for working towards your goal using the SMART goal setting method

This is a space where we learn from each other and put theory to practice. With the assistance of our experienced Seneca staff and student leaders, you will be equipped with the relevant skills to take you forward in your Leadership journey.
