 King Campus 

• Ceiling repairs for select sections of Magna Hall (visual available) to start on Monday, Feb. 9. Expected resolution time (updated): Spring 2026
• Roof replacement for Garriock Hall and the Animal Health Centre starting Thursday, Aug. 21. Expected resolution time (updated): Spring 2026

 Newnham Campus 

• Roof replacement for Building C. Expected resolution time (updated): Spring 2026
• The first floor washrooms next to the Campus Store (Room B1000, Building B) are out of service and will remain unavailable for the foreseeable future, please use the Seneca NAVIGATE app for information on the nearest alternatives. Expected resolution time: To be announced
• Roofing for Residence to begin Thursday, May 7. No anticipated impact on regular activities. Expected resolution time: End of summer
• Construction to be performed on canopies of Building A entrances. No anticipated impact on regular entrance access. Expected resolution time: To be announced
• 🆕 Construction to replace the loading dock concrete slab next to Building D (visual and additional details available) to begin on Monday, May 4. Increased dust and noise levels are anticipated, temporary changes to building access will be in effect. Expected resolution time: Friday, Aug. 28
• 🆕 Temporary closure of Lot 1 beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13 due to maintenance. Expected resolution time: Saturday, May 16 at 8 a.m.

 Seneca@York Campus 

• 🆕 With Seneca’s lease of the Victor Phillip Dahdaleh Building (DB) at York University coming to an end, Phase 1 of construction and renovations on levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Stephen E. Quinlan (SEQ) Building officially commenced on April 27. Areas under construction are closed off for safety, while signage are posted for awareness. Expected resolution time: Tuesday, Sept. 1
