Important: payments made at a Canadian financial institution will take up to five business days to be processed. Online payments can take up to 24 business hours to be processed. Payment can be confirmed in Student Home.
If you are a Canadian student, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $200 once in an academic year (September to August).
The $200 non-refundable deposit is required the first time you plan to enrol in an academic year in order to be eligible to enrol in classes.
Please note that full fees for the term are due on the first day of classes.
Students who have applied for student loans (OSAP) must also pay the non-refundable enrolment deposit of $200 to be eligible to enrol in classes. Students must first enrol in classes in order to receive OSAP funding.
If you are a newly admitted international student starting your first term or a current international student beginning a new program, you must pay full fees no later than the due date noted on your invoice.
To download a copy of your official payment receipt for your study permit application, log into Student Home, and follow the instructions found on the Seneca International website.
If you are an international student continuing or returning in your same program of study, or are beginning a new program after completing your first Seneca credential, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $4,000 for your first term in the academic year (September to August) to be eligible to enrol in classes.

How to Make a Payment
With Convera GlobalPay for International Students you can pay international fees:
If you pay using bank transfer: make the payment using the payment instructions generated through your bank online, at a branch or by phone. For bank transfer to China, you will be redirected to the Geoswift website.
If you pay using online options: at the end of the process, you will be redirected to the partner website: ChinaPay, Geoswift, Alipay, UnionPay, Trustly, Sofort, etc.
