About the Conference
The conference focuses on career readiness and leadership development through interactive sessions led by industry experts. Students will gain essential human skills and industry-relevant knowledge, preparing them to succeed in today’s workforce. Registration will close on Feb. 19.

What is Seneca Serves?
Seneca Serves is a Student Life initiative providing hands-on leadership experience through community engagement. This year, we’re partnering with Black Kids Code, an organization empowering Black youth with STEM and digital technology skills.

Communication & Emotional Intelligence for Today’s Leaders
Strong leadership starts with effective communication. This workshop explores essential communication skills, including how to navigate workplace disagreements. Students will also build emotional intelligence through self-awareness, self-regulation and social awareness, and learn how to apply these skills on the job.
Identifying Your Leadership Skills
You’ve gained more leadership skills than you think. In this interactive session, students will identify strengths developed through coursework, clubs and community involvement, and uncover transferable skills they can apply in future roles.
Your AI Job Search Toolkit: Five Useful Prompts
AI is changing the job search. This session explores how to use AI to identify career paths, tailor resumes and cover letters, and prepare for interviews. Students will learn practical prompts they can use right away.
Entrepreneurship
Discover what it takes to be an intrapreneur or entrepreneur. This session introduces venture pathways, steps to get started and an overview of HELIX — Seneca’s innovation and entrepreneurship incubator.

Meet the Speaker
Keith Loo is the CEO and co-founder of Skinopathy, an award-winning Canadian medical AI company that uses artificial intelligence to improve the detection and management of skin diseases and cancers. His work has earned global recognition, including honours from INSEAD, AIMed, and the Startup World Cup, where Skinopathy represented Canada.
With more than 25 years in technology, Keith has worked with Microsoft, Apple, IBM, and Logitech, advising major organizations on AI and digital strategy. He also teaches at the Schulich School of Business and serves in leadership roles supporting innovation, healthcare, and community development.
Keith speaks internationally on AI, leadership, inclusion, and the future of work.
